KONNEKT is supporting the annual Employment Case Law Conference for the 5th year running.
Aimed at HR professionals, the conference is a half day event held by three of Malta’s most prominent employment law practitioners - Dr. Andrew Borg Cardona from BCGL Advocates, Dr. Matthew Brincat from Ganado & Associates and Dr. Roselyn Borg from twentyonelaw. The conference is aimed at HR practitioners and in-house lawyers and advocates with a basic working knowledge of employment law.
The speakers will be discussing relevant and important employment law developments from 2012-13, emanating from significant case-law of both the Industrial Tribunal as well as the European Court of Justice. They will be guiding present delegates to understand in a straightforward manner that which they need to know on the relationship between employees, employers, trade unions and the government.
