The Generalist Team at Konnekt recently had the opportunity to attend a day’s training specifically focusing on the manufacturing industry. This training session was part of a series of other sessions held in previous years. Since technology and market requirements are constantly changing, our recruitment team continues to work towards ensuring it is at the forefront with its awareness of the latest knowledge and trends in the industry.
The training was delivered to the Konnekt team by industry expert, Andre Spiteri who is the Senior Operations Manager at Baxter, and was aimed at providing the Konnekt team with more technical and operational knowledge on how the manufacturing industry operates. This enables the Recruitment Team to better understand client requirements in recruitment, and ensure a degree of specialisation and industry knowledge when shortlisting and interviewing candidates for positions in Engineering and Manufacturing.
