On October 26th the 2017 ICTSA Industry Expo was held, in collaboration with the University of Malta’s Faculty of ICT. This annual event is regarded as a great opportunity for students to network with their potential future employers and find out more about IT & iGaming jobs in Malta.
In attendance were mainly individuals studying ICT fields, ranging from Software Development, Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, and Graphic Design. More than twenty companies and main players in the IT and Gaming industries set up stands at the Expo and exposed students to opportunities within their organisations. KONNEKT was the only recruitment agency in attendance.
As part of the event, a fun Coding Competition was developed by the IT Recruitment Specialist team within KONNEKT, in collaboration with PreeoStudios. Participants were required to provide a solution to a problem, written in code.
One winner was selected at random and received a Game of Thrones Monopoly board game. The winner received his gifts today at the KONNEKT offices in San Gwann.
