What you'll be doing
Lead ERP implementation, optimisation, and business transformation projects from planning through to delivery.
Act as the key link between business stakeholders, operational teams, and technology partners.
Analyse business processes, identify improvement opportunities, and design scalable solutions.
Gather, document, and manage business and functional requirements.
Facilitate workshops, process mapping sessions, and solution design discussions.
Coordinate UAT activities and ensure solutions meet business needs and operational objectives.
Drive ERP adoption, best practices, and continuous process improvement across the organisation.
Develop and support reporting, dashboards, KPIs, and data-driven decision-making initiatives.
Present insights, recommendations, and project updates to senior stakeholders.
Collaborate with external vendors, consultants, and service providers to ensure successful project outcomes
Requirements
Proven experience in a Senior Business Analyst, ERP Analyst, or similar role.
Strong background in ERP systems, process improvement, and business transformation projects.
Experience leading cross-functional initiatives and managing stakeholder relationships.
Good understanding of core business processes including finance, procurement, inventory, warehousing, sales, and reporting.
Excellent communication skills with both technical and non-technical audiences.
Strong analytical, organisational, and problem-solving skills.
Willing to travel for work purposes.
Education and Experience
Bachelor's Degree in IT or related field.
Familiarity with reporting tools, business intelligence solutions, and project delivery methodologies is considered an asset.
