This year’s HR Network Series will focus on discussing strategies that help attract and retain talent within companies, and will explore some of the challenges local organizations in Malta and other regions face, to attract and retain key talent. Key speakers include Etienne Gatt, IT and iGaming Recruitment Manager at Konnekt, who will focus on reviewing the talent market in Malta and some of the challenges and opportunities companies face locally to attract and retain such talent. He will also share some best practices that companies are implementing to attract and retain their employees. Supporting speaker Ben Davies, President at ChapmanCG, an executive search firm dedicated to the Human Resources profession will further explain the various strategies of attraction and retention of talented individuals companies use across the EU.
