Our client, a leading financial institution is seeking to recruit a Senior Risk Analyst. The selected candidate will have the following responsibilities:

Conducting analysis with regards to risk areas and support analytical work within the department
Supporting in the development and refinement of internal models, contributing to their validation and calibration to maintain their accuracy and relevance
Developing, implementing and updating of risk and econometric models, risk management tools, risk metrics and other analytical models
Drafting and reviewing of internal policies and procedures and ensure these are aligned with internal processes and updated regulations
Leading ESG risk assessments and data collection efforts to promote sustainability and ensure the organization's adherence to evolving regulations
Keeping abreast with related regulations and standards
Assisting with any other duty which may be required from time to time

Requirements

Minimum three years working experience in a similar role
Highly proficient in Microsoft Office tools especially Microsoft Excel
Possess strong analytical skills
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
Possess excellent intrapersonal skills

Education and Experience

Hold a Degree in Financial Services, Statistics or equivalent
