Responsibilities:
Be the go-to expert for diagnosing and resolving technical challenges, delivering effective solutions to users facing IoT connectivity or platform issues.
Support smooth order fulfilment by ensuring requests are processed promptly while creating a seamless, positive experience for every customer.
Build and nurture strong relationships with clients and end-users, ensuring satisfaction and trust in the services provided.
Collaborate closely with engineering, product, and other teams to tackle technical concerns and keep operations running effortlessly.
Stay ahead of the curve with the latest IoT and LoRaWAN trends, recommending improvements to enhance the overall customer journey.
Monitor key systems to guarantee uninterrupted service, promptly identifying and reporting any discrepancies..
Requirements
Strong analytical and technical skills to solve problems with confidence.

Excellent communication skills in both written and spoken English.
Education and Experience
A tech-savvy mindset with at least a Diploma-level qualification in IT.
Fresh graduates with internship experience or 1 year of experience will be considered.
