Support Operations Executive

Our client, operating in telecommunications, is looking for a motivated and ready to start Support Operations Executive to join their IoT team: 

Responsibilities:

  • Be the go-to expert for diagnosing and resolving technical challenges, delivering effective solutions to users facing IoT connectivity or platform issues.
  • Support smooth order fulfilment by ensuring requests are processed promptly while creating a seamless, positive experience for every customer.
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with clients and end-users, ensuring satisfaction and trust in the services provided.
  • Collaborate closely with engineering, product, and other teams to tackle technical concerns and keep operations running effortlessly.
  • Stay ahead of the curve with the latest IoT and LoRaWAN trends, recommending improvements to enhance the overall customer journey.
  • Monitor key systems to guarantee uninterrupted service, promptly identifying and reporting any discrepancies..

Requirements

  • Strong analytical and technical skills to solve problems with confidence.
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and accountable, with a passion for teamwork.
  • Excellent communication skills in both written and spoken English.

Education and Experience

  • A tech-savvy mindset with at least a Diploma-level qualification in IT.
  • Fresh graduates with internship experience or 1 year of experience will be considered.
