Service Desk Analyst

Our client is looking for a Service Desk Analyst to coordinate and handle incidents and ensure that all IT Issues are dealt with in a timely manner.

What you'll be doing

  • Act as a Level 1 support for user queries
  • Track and escalate incidences as they come in
  • Provide support through email, calls and a Service Management Tool
  •  Assist stakeholders with managing assets, including stock and spare inventory.
  • Collaborate with the customer and support teams to identify and manage service improvement activities.

Requirements

  • 2 years experience in IT Support
  • Experience with IT service Management tools
  • Proficient in the Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Excellent communication written and verbally in English
  • Must be eligible to work legally in the EU
