We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Quality Assurance & IT Support Analyst to join our Information Technology team. This junior role offers hands-on experience across both IT Service Support and Software Quality Assurance within a regulated fintech and payments environment.
Key Responsibilities
IT Service & Application Support
Provide first-line technical support to internal users and external clients across platforms and systems.
Respond to and resolve support requests in line with service level agreements (SLAs).
Monitor system and application health, escalating issues when necessary.
Troubleshoot application, integration, connectivity, and user access issues.
Manage user accounts, including onboarding, offboarding, and access provisioning in line with security policies.
Maintain accurate records of incidents, resolutions, and procedures.
Communicate clearly and professionally with stakeholders and clients.
Quality Assurance & Software Testing
Support testing of payment platforms, APIs, integrations, and internal systems.
Execute manual tests (functional, regression, integration, and system testing).
Identify, document, and track defects through to resolution.
Verify bug fixes and validate new feature releases.
Contribute to test plans, test cases, and QA documentation.
Participate in release readiness activities to help ensure production stability and reliability.
Requirements
Strong interest in software testing and technology platforms.
Basic understanding of IT systems and troubleshooting principles.
Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail.
Familiarity with ticketing or issue tracking tools (e.g., Jira, ServiceNow, or similar) is a plus.
Foundational knowledge of databases and SQL.
Exposure to fintech, payments, or regulated environments is desirable.
Education and Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or related field or equivalent experience.
Exposure to software testing methodologies and defect tracking is desirable.
