Our client is looking to hire an enthusiastic, and self-driven Junior IT Technician & Procurement Assistant to join their dynamic team.

Your responsibilities:

Analyzing complex problems and devising timely and effective solutions.
Utilizing troubleshooting skills to swiftly identify and resolve technical issues.
Adapting to evolving technologies and situations with ease and proficiency.
Demonstrating clear and concise verbal and written communication to interact with users, translating technical jargon into understandable language.
Documenting procedures, configurations, and issue resolutions comprehensively for organizational knowledge and improvement.
Providing in-house training sessions to equip staff members with necessary skills and knowledge when required.
Registering and meticulously managing records of academic, material, and IT resources within an inventory management system.
Soliciting price quotations from suppliers, adhering to the guidelines outlined in the Procurement Policy.

Proficiency in Microsoft operating systems and Windows Server.
Understanding of networking concepts including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, and basic network troubleshooting.
Knowledge of Active Directory including user and group management, permissions, and group policies.

Experience with configuring and troubleshooting peripherals like printers, scanners, and monitors.
