We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Junior IT User Support professional to join a dynamic and international team within the online entertainment and sports betting industry.
This role offers hands-on exposure to a wide range of IT support activities, from user support and hardware setup to infrastructure maintenance and vendor coordination. It’s a great opportunity to build practical experience in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment.
What you'll be doing:
Provide onsite and remote technical support to end users.
Set up, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, and applications.
Perform software updates, patching, and general system maintenance.
Support IT compliance activities and audits.
Manage IT hardware procurement and asset tracking.
Coordinate with local and international service providers and partners.
Monitor and maintain backups, antivirus systems, and overall IT security.
Assist with installation and maintenance of network and hardware infrastructure (office and data centre).
Maintain clear and up-to-date IT documentation.
Support additional IT tasks and projects as required.
Requirements
Prior experience in a similar role.
Good understanding of IT systems, including servers, networks, security, and hardware.
Familiarity with system monitoring and basic analytical tools.
Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong communication skills and ability to support users effectively.
Proactive, reliable, and detail-oriented approach.
