Junior IT Services Specialist
South of Malta | €32,000 - €34,000 Annually
About the Role
Our client is looking for a dynamic Junior IT Services Specialist to be the primary point of contact for technical support.
Key Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot the best solution based on the issue and details provided by customers.
- Help the customer through the problem-solving process.
- Direct unresolved issues to the next level of support personnel and record events and problems and their resolution in logs.
- Follow-up and update customer status and information.
- Pass on any feedback or suggestions by customers to the appropriate internal team.
- Troubleshoot first line of support issues
- Provide end-to-end support for development-led solutions, including QA testing, UAT, and technical training for project management teams.
Requirements
- 1-2 years of experience in a similar technical support role.
- Good diganostic and problem-solving skills
- In depth understanding of diverse computer systems and networks.
- Good knowledge of internet security and data privacy principles.
Education and Experience
- Degree or diploma in Computer Science, IT, or a closely aligned technical field.
- Located in Malta
