We are looking for a dedicated IT Support Specialist to join a dynamic team, providing exceptional technical support and ensuring seamless IT operations across the organisation.
Responsibilities:
Respond to and resolve IT support requests in a timely manner, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
Troubleshoot hardware and software issues, providing effective solutions to minimise downtime.
Assist in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of computer systems and networks.
Monitor and maintain IT equipment inventory, ensuring all assets are accounted for and in good working order.
Collaborate with other IT team members to implement system upgrades and enhancements.
Provide training and support to staff on new technologies and software applications.
Requirements
Strong knowledge of computer systems, networks, and troubleshooting techniques.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users
Proficiency in Windows and Mac operating systems, as well as common software applications
Education and Experience
2 to 4 years of experience in IT support or a similar technical support role
Relevant certifications are desirable but not essential.
