We are looking for a dedicated IT Support Specialist to join a dynamic team, providing exceptional technical support and ensuring seamless IT operations across the organisation. 

Responsibilities:

  • Respond to and resolve IT support requests in a timely manner, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Troubleshoot hardware and software issues, providing effective solutions to minimise downtime.
  •  Assist in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of computer systems and networks.
  • Monitor and maintain IT equipment inventory, ensuring all assets are accounted for and in good working order.
  • Collaborate with other IT team members to implement system upgrades and enhancements.
  • Provide training and support to staff on new technologies and software applications.

Requirements

  • Strong knowledge of computer systems, networks, and troubleshooting techniques.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users
  • Proficiency in Windows and Mac operating systems, as well as common software applications

Education and Experience

  • 2 to 4 years of experience in IT support or a similar technical support role
  • Relevant certifications are desirable but not essential.
