IT Support Technician

A position is open for an IT Support Technician to help with technical support and troubleshooting for hardware, software and network related issues

What you'll be doing:

  • Help diagnose and resolve routine IT issues for users.
  • Assist with setting up and configuring computers, software, and related devices.
  • Contribute to the upkeep of IT systems, including updates and security protocols.
  • Record frequent technical issues and their corresponding solutions.
  • Deliver outstanding support and service to end-users.

This role is perfect for someone who is looking to learn and grow their technical skills in a hands-on environment.

Requirements

  • Ideally, 2 years of experience in a similar role
  • Strong problem solving and communication skills
  • Willingness to learn and grow in an IT Support role
  • Ability to work in a team and follow technical guidance

Education and Experience

  • Minimum MQF level 4
