Due to company expansion, our client, a well established IT company, is looking to recruit an experienced IT Support Team Leader to join their IT department.
Responsibilities:
Lead and manage the IT support team, including training and performance evaluations.
Oversee daily IT support operations to ensure timely issue resolution.
Develop and enforce support policies to improve service quality.
Analyze support metrics to identify trends and drive improvements.
Collaborate with other teams to support and integrate network infrastructure.
Handle escalated technical issues and ensure compliance with security protocols.
Requirements
5 years of experience in IT Support
2 years of experience in a leadership role
Strong understanding of networking, including LAN/WAN, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP and VPN
Certifications like CCNA, CCNP are highly desirable
Excellent communication and problem solving skills
