We are seeking an experienced IT Support Specialist to provide hands-on technical support and systems administration within a central IT function. This role supports a modern, enterprise IT environment and holds elevated administrative access in line with approved policies and security controls.
The position plays a key role in ensuring reliable, secure, and well-governed IT services across multiple locations, working closely with business users, technical teams, and approved external partners.
Responsibilities
User and System Support
Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, mobile devices, operating systems, and business applications
Diagnose and resolve second-line hardware, software, and network-related issues
Provide technical support to users across corporate and remote locations
User and Access Administration
Administer user accounts, devices, and permissions in accordance with approved access policies
Support user onboarding, offboarding, and role-based access changes
Perform privileged administrative tasks responsibly and in line with governance controls
Infrastructure and Technology Support
Support corporate IT infrastructure, including networks, Wi-Fi, CCTV, and access control systems
Assist with system upgrades, technology deployments, and office infrastructure projects
Support server room organisation, backups, and replication activities as required
Requirements
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft enterprise environments, including Entra ID, Intune, and Microsoft 365
Solid understanding of endpoint management, access control, and TCP/IP networking
Exposure to cloud services and modern workplace technologies
Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills
Clean driving licence and own transport due to office accessibility
Education and Experience
Degree-level qualification in Information Systems, IT, or a related field.
2–5 years’ experience in a hands-on IT support or systems administration role
