A well-established professional services organisation is seeking to recruit an IT Support Officer to join its growing IT team.
This position is well suited to a technically minded individual who is keen to build on their existing skills, gain hands-on experience, and grow within a fast-paced and collaborative environment.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver first- and second-line technical assistance for internal systems, software, and applications.
- Diagnose and resolve IT issues efficiently while ensuring minimal disruption to operations.
- Analyse operational requirements and support the design of technology-driven solutions.
- Contribute to the upkeep, enhancement, and optimisation of IT infrastructure and services.
- Work closely with colleagues on IT initiatives and support ongoing system improvements.
- Keep informed of new technologies, tools, and industry best practices to support continuous improvement.
Education and Experience:
A diploma and/or recognised certifications in ICT-related disciplines are preferred.

Requirements
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Windows environments, including MS SQL.
- Experience with Microsoft 365 administration, SharePoint Information Architecture, Power Automate, and Dynamics will be considered an advantage.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently.
- Ability to understand business workflows and support their automation using available tools.
Education and Experience
- A diploma in IT
- Previous local experience in an IT support position.
