What you’ll be doing
Provide day-to-day IT support across office and shop floor environments.
Set up and configure devices, printers, and user accounts.
Support internal applications and assist with AppSheet solutions (training provided).
Monitor and manage IT support requests, ensuring users are kept informed.
Coordinate with external IT partners on more advanced technical issues.
Maintain IT equipment records and support asset tracking processes.
Requirements
Basic understanding of IT systems and troubleshooting.
Previous experience in IT support is considered an asset.
Strong communication and organisational skills.
Proactive attitude with the ability to work independently.
