IT Professional

We’re looking for an enthusiastic and motivated individual to join our IT team in a junior position. This role is ideal for fresh grads just starting out in their IT career and eager to learn and grow within a supportive company environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as a first point of contact for business users facing technical issues.
• Troubleshoot and resolve system-related problems efficiently.
• Escalate issues to your manager when necessary.
• Collaborate with business users on a daily basis to ensure smooth operations.
• Document issues and solutions to assist with future troubleshooting.
• Learn and adapt to the company’s proprietary coding language.
• Support system enhancements and contribute to testing and implementation where needed.

Requirements

• SQL knowledge is a must.
• Familiarity with any other programming languages is a plus
• Strong people skills.
• Understanding and experience of Business Analysis, BI reporting tools and Salesforce environments in a plus

Education and Experience

• Fresh graduates with an IT Qualification (Bachelors or Level 5 Diploma)
• Basic work experience in an IT environment.
