This role is more than just helpdesk support. It involves working on critical applications, assisting in deployments, and contributing to continuous improvement projects across various business areas, including unique sectors outside of retail.

Respsonsibilities:
Provide 2nd-line support for enterprise and operational applications
Document fixes, escalate functional issues, and coordinate with vendors
Support rollouts, system testing, and process improvements
Deliver training, create user guides, and help teams maximize their tools
Collaborate closely with IT colleagues and business stakeholders on planned changes
Serve as the go-to expert for application support across multiple business units
Assist with updates, troubleshooting, testing, and enhancements
Gain hands-on experience with diverse systems, from retail POS to logistics and hospitality technologies
Contribute to delivering seamless user experiences for teams serving thousands daily
Requirements
Hands-on experience with POS, ERP, or retail-related software
Knowledge of MSSQL or other SQL databases is considered a must.
Motivation to learn, grow, and deliver effective IT support
Education and Experience
At least 2 years of experience in IT applications 2nd-line support
You need to own a driving license and a car.
Located in Malta
Previous experience in Retail or Software Support is highly desirable.
