This role provides first-line ICT support at the Malta Head Office, focusing on managing employee access, software, and hardware throughout their lifecycle .
The position supports the Head of IT by coordinating IT resources, sourcing suppliers and equipment, and ensuring employees across all departments receive reliable IT assistance.
Responsibilities
Analyse and map business processes to identify inefficiencies and recommend improvements to management.
Manage assigned IT and business process projects, including planning, implementation, and delivery within budget.
Research and select appropriate tools, systems, and service providers for project implementation.
Evaluate suppliers, negotiate agreements, and monitor their performance.
Develop project plans, define milestones, and track progress using quality management tools.
Maintain clear communication with stakeholders throughout project phases.
Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet quality standards.
Ensure solutions comply with relevant legislation and company requirements.
Train staff on new systems or processes and provide ongoing support to departments.
Carry out additional duties assigned by the Head of IT based on experience and skills.
Requirements
Strong knowledge of Microsoft SharePoint and Office 365.
Competence in ICT systems quality management and change management.
Good understanding of business processes and operations.
