Technical Business Analyst

Job Description:

• Work alongside senior team members to identify and meet client IT and communication technology requirements within a specialized Customer Support team.
• Bridge the gap between customer's BPM needs, providing consistent assistance throughout the development, testing, and lifecycle of BPM and Workflow software.
• Provide support to clients as outlined in support agreements and participate in day-to-day team operations.
• Ensure prompt escalation and closure of issues according to ICT processes to maintain client satisfaction.
• Maintain thorough documentation of client solutions, including changes implemented.
• Develop strong client relationships to encourage repeat business and generate sales leads, while configuring, maintaining, and upgrading solutions under senior members' guidance.

Requirements

• Previous working experience in SQL
• Passionate about technology with ideally 1 to 2 years of IT related experience
• Possess a comprehensive understanding of designing and developing business processes and data models, along with proficiency in utilizing, configuring, and supporting business process automation platforms and database systems
• Demonstrate client-focused and outgoing demeanor, actively engaging with customers throughout the iterative solution development process
• Cultivate strong client relationships, continuously seeking opportunities for business optimization, monitoring solution efficiency, and providing knowledge transfer and training for effective implementation of BPM solutions

Education and Experience

• Hold a Bachelor’s degree in computing or IT related subject
