Our client is seeking a dynamic individual for the position of Senior Implementation Consultant in the FinTech domain. The successful selected candidate will be responsible for requirements analysis, systems design, solution configuration, and user training.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborating with leading financial institutions in Malta, post-project implementation support and occasional pre-sales activities, including delivering demonstrations.
- Applying software configurations based on the regulatory requirements of financial institutions.
- Keeping abreast of changes in banking regulations to ensure compliance in software implementations.
- Analyzing issues, design effective solutions, and potentially implement them.
- Gaining insights into the financial regulatory space and provide valuable feedback for continuous product improvement.
- Attending to support tickets, ensuring timely and effective resolution for clients.
- Demonstrating proficiency in numerate tasks and analysis, including data analysis using tools like Pivots/PowerPivots.
- Undertaking training in local regulatory requirements to enhance expertise in the domain.
- Mapping regulatory requirements and applying the necessary configuration changes to the software product

Requirements
- Interest in the application of technology in the regulatory domain
- Experience working with big-data systems
- 3+ years’ experience in software project implementation in the FinTech Industry
- Excellent communication skills in Maltese & English
