Your Key Responsibilities:
- Define, prioritize, and estimate work for scrum teams to ensure delivery of high-value outcomes.
- Work with partners to develop product roadmaps and drive features from concept to launch in a fast-paced setting.
- Coordinate across cross-functional teams (e.g., DevOps, Architecture, other Scrum Masters) and support clear communication and collaboration.
- Serve as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach for teams within individual projects or broader transformation programs.
- Conduct Agile Maturity assessments and create Agile Transformation roadmaps using Agile-at-Scale frameworks.
- Build and support high-performing, self-organizing agile teams.
- Keep teams focused on objectives and end-user value, ensuring delivery against goals.
- Facilitate all core Agile ceremonies, including daily scrums, sprint planning, demos, and retrospectives.
- Identify and escalate impediments as needed.
- Provide status updates using agreed reporting metrics.
Requirements
- 2-4 years’ experience as an Agile Coach or Scrum Master in an Agile at Scale environment
- Solid understanding of agile methodologies (e.g., Scrum, Kanban) and Agile-at-Scale frameworks (e.g., SAFe, Spotify Model, LeSS, Scrum of Scrums).
- Experience using agile tools such as JIRA and Confluence.
- Experience designing Agile operating models, blueprints, and transformation roadmaps.
- Ability to work effectively in fast-paced, team-oriented environments.
- Ability to work in multicultural teams and environments.
Education and Experience
- Bachelor's Degree in a related field.
- Scrum Master (PSM) or any other relevant Scrum and/or Agile at Scale certifications
