Our client is seeking a Project Operations & Delivery Associate to bridge the gap between business strategy and technical execution. Reporting to the COO, you will oversee project hygiene, identify delivery risks, and enforce internal processes. This is an internally focused, non-client-facing role designed for an analytical professional ready to transition into operations management as the company scales.
The Main Responsibilities include:
Project Coordination: Manage Jira sprints, track ticket statuses, monitor timelines, and ensure technical workflows are followed correctly.
Commercial Support: Review project proposals for operational feasibility and ensure contracts and SLAs align with delivery standards.
Risk & Reporting: Identify project risks and report on team capacity, project health, and operational KPIs to leadership.
Documentation & Compliance: Maintain centralised project documentation, including client sign-offs, change requests, and handover records.
Revenue Realisation: Audit project progress against billable milestones to support accurate invoicing and revenue tracking.
Working Hours:
Monday - Friday, 08.00 - 17.00
Requirements
Minimum 1 year of experience managing sprints and administrative Jira functions.
1–3 years in project coordination, operations, or software development within a service-based tech environment.
Strong comfort with numbers for financial reporting and project auditing.
Professional written English for documentation and internal stakeholder management
Local experience in Malta is essential
Education and Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business & IT, Information Systems, or Engineering
