Our client, a growing ERP consulting and technology solutions provider serving businesses across Cyprus and Europe, is seeking an ERP Implementation Consultant & Business Analyst to join its team in Nicosia.
The successful candidate will support ERP implementation projects, analyse business requirements, prepare functional documentation, and help clients optimise their operations through effective use of ERP systems. This role is ideal for professionals with experience in ERP systems, business analysis, accounting, operations, or software solutions who are looking to develop their consulting career in a dynamic and client-focused environment.
Main Responsibilities:
Manage and coordinate ERP implementation, software development, and related technology projects across multiple clients and industries.
Collaborate with management, consultants, developers, and customer success teams to develop and maintain project plans, resource plans, and delivery schedules.
Monitor project progress, risks, issues, dependencies, budgets, scope, and deliverables across all project phases.
Establish and maintain PMO frameworks, tools, templates, reporting standards, and governance processes.
Organise internal and client meetings, prepare meeting minutes, define action points, and ensure follow-up on actions.
Communicate project status, deliverables, timelines, risks, issues, and decisions to internal and external stakeholders.
Support project teams in defining scope, milestones, responsibilities, acceptance criteria, and go-live plans.
Ensure timely and high-quality delivery in line with agreed objectives, budgets, and client expectations.
Prepare project status reports, management reports, resource utilisation reports, and profitability analysis.
Monitor workload allocation and escalate resource constraints, delivery risks, and prioritisation conflicts to management.
Coordinate user acceptance testing, go-live readiness, handover to support teams, and post-go-live follow-up.
Support change control by tracking scope changes, additional requirements, commercial impact, and client approvals.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of internal delivery processes, documentation standards, templates, and PMO practices.
Qualifications & Skills:
Relevant experience in project management, PMO coordination, ERP implementation, software delivery, business analysis, consulting operations, or similar roles.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple concurrent projects, priorities, and stakeholders.
Solid understanding of business processes and technology project delivery.
Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with clients, consultants, developers, managers, and end users.
Ability to prepare structured project plans, meeting notes, action logs, status reports, and management reports.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Excellent written and spoken Greek and English.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Advantageous:
Experience in ERP, CRM, software delivery, or digital transformation projects.
Experience with systems such as Priority ERP, Microsoft Dynamics, SAP, NetSuite, Odoo, Sage, Oracle, Infor, or similar platforms.
Project management certifications (PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, Scrum, PMI, or equivalent).
Experience in consulting, systems integration, or professional services environments.
Experience with project management, resource planning, ticketing, or PSA tools.
Understanding of ERP implementation lifecycle (requirements, configuration, development, testing, UAT, data migration, go-live, post-go-live support).
Experience in budgeting, resource utilisation reporting, profitability analysis, or management dashboards.
Experience in change control, risk management, scope control, and client escalation processes.
Knowledge of Dutch, French, German, or Italian.
Education and Experience
University degree in Business, Management, Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Project Coordinator / PMO Officer: 2+ years of relevant experience in project coordination, PMO support, business analysis, software delivery, or similar roles.
ERP Project Manager / PMO Lead: 6+ years of experience in managing or coordinating technology, ERP, or consulting projects.
Senior ERP Project Manager / Delivery Manager: 10+ years of experience, including management of multiple concurrent projects, senior stakeholder engagement, governance, resource planning, and delivery risk management.
