The Role
The role focuses on leading and delivering company projects while ensuring deadlines, costs, and quality standards are met.
It involves planning, coordinating, and monitoring initiatives to align with organisational goals and operational requirements.
The position requires overseeing procurement processes, including tenders and contracts, throughout the execution phase of projects.
Effective collaboration with internal teams and external parties is essential to maintain clear communication and efficient use of resources.
The Project Manager ensures that all project records, reports, and documentation are properly maintained and compliant with internal procedures.
The role includes supporting and documenting meetings of project panels.
Establishing, applying, and continuously improving project management and procurement practices forms a key part of the position.
The Project Manager contributes to audit activities by providing required information and assistance.
Support is also provided to senior leadership in the development and refinement of organisational policies.
Regular coordination with finance and other departments is required to ensure smooth project delivery.
