As a Junior IT Business Solutions Analyst, you will act as a link between business stakeholders and technical teams, helping translate requirements into effective IT solutions. You will support business process analysis, gather requirements, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement effective technical solutions.
What you'll be doing:
Requirements Gathering: Support the collection, analysis, and documentation of business requirements to ensure alignment with stakeholder needs.
Process Analysis: Review and analyse existing business processes to identify opportunities for optimisation, automation, and improved efficiency.
Solution Design: Work closely with solution architects and developers to support the design, documentation, and delivery of IT solutions.
Assist with system integration, including testing and validation to ensure solutions meet business expectations.
Stakeholder Communication: Act as a point of communication between business and IT teams, providing project updates and gathering key feedback.
Develop and execute User Acceptance Test (UAT) cases, collaborating with development teams to validate software prior to release.
Stay informed on emerging technologies and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across the organisation
Requirements
Strong Analytics and problem-solving skills
Knowledge of business process analysis and modelling approaches
Knowledge of project management principles and methodologies
Experience with data analysis tools and techniques is considered an asset
Must hold a valid driving licence and have access to personal transport
Fluency in both English and Maltese
1-2 years of experience is preferred, however fresh grads with the right character will also be considered
Education and Experience
Bachelors Degree in IT, Business Administration or a related field
