Our client, a large industry player in Malta is looking to recruit a Junior Business Analyst to join the team.
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
- Providing 1st line support to all users
- Help in maintaining user rights and permissions
- Creating & maintaining induction training documentation
- Assisting in defining & gathering requirements for new projects as assigned, and once implemented help creating UATs and testing deliverables, ensuring that these are in line with requirements
- Assisting the IT Project Manager in working with business teams to define and implement timely solutions to business problems
- Participating in knowledge transfer activities
- Assisting the IT Project Manager in any ad hoc needs and/or projects as assigned
Requirements
- Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in the role or similar
- Have an understanding of ERP Solutions and respective processes
- Have a strong capacity in preparing and writing reports
- Have experience in testing methodologies and test case creation, maintenance and execution/verification
- Be able to successfully facilitate remote and face to face client meetings/training
- Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics will be considered as a great asset
