Responsibilities:
Project Delivery & Execution
Lead IT Projects: Manage system implementations, upgrades, deployments, and migrations from start to finish.
Plan Lifecycles: Define project scope, goals, timelines, and budgets. Allocate personnel and equipment resources.
Track & Mitigate: Identify project risks and dependencies. Monitor progress and provide clear health reports to stakeholders.
Leadership & Coordination
Central Focal Point: Act as the single contact for cross-functional IT tasks. Manage unified issue lists and prioritize delivery.
Guide Teams: Provide clear leadership, direction, and mentorship to project team members.
Vendor Management & Procurement
Select Vendors: Lead third-party solution selection. Draft expressions of interest, evaluate proposals, and secure support agreements.
Handle Procurement: Coordinate all IT procurement throughout the project lifecycle.
