As an IT Solutions Consultant within our client's Business Solutions department, you will take ownership of key initiatives and lead the integration of technology solutions with business strategies.
You will directly support the delivery of efficient, secure, and high-quality software solutions that enhance business operations across a wide range of industries. Drawing on your experience, you will work closely with IT teams and business stakeholders to navigate complex initiatives, ensuring solutions are aligned with organizational objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver and support IT projects, ensuring agreed-upon outcomes are successfully implemented.
Manage projects to completion, ensuring delivery timelines, scope, and business objectives are met.
Identify opportunities for digital transformation and support clients through change initiatives.
Advise and assist clients in transforming and optimizing business processes through innovative technology solutions.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including executives, department leaders, and end users.
Serve as a trusted advisor by aligning business requirements with appropriate technology capabilities.
Conduct regular on-site client visits to facilitate meetings and lead workshops.
Requirements
2-3 years of software development experience (.Net/C#/Java)
A passion for hands-on implementations.
Experience installing and maintaining SQL databases.
A valid driving licence and a car.
Proven track record of successfully delivering complex IT projects and driving business transformation
Experience managing client interactions in solution design/configuration, sales, installation, and occasionally support
Familiarity with industry best practices, compliance standards, and emerging technologies
Knowledge of enterprise architecture, business analysis, and project management
Exposure to software sales and business development will be considered an asset
Education and Experience
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a related field is considered an asset.
Relevant certifications such as CBAP, PMP, or ITIL are highly desirable.
