The IT Business Analyst is responsible for analysing business processes, identifying improvement opportunities, designing appropriate IT solutions, and delivering IT process automation initiatives.
Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain strong knowledge of business processes and system functionality across a minimum of four FCP departments.
Analyse, document, and test program development, logic, process flows, and specifications.
Identify gaps in existing system functionality and recommend improvements or automation opportunities.
Collaborate with business champions to conduct business analysis, define requirements, and implement solutions.
Prepare, update, and present project status reports.
Provide first- and second-level application support to end users within assigned departments.
Deliver software training to end users as required.
Requirements
Proven experience in business process automation, software application deployment, and IT project management.
Strong business analysis skills with the ability to engage effectively with business process owners.
Experience with ERP modules across Manufacturing, Logistics, Finance, HR, Sales, and Marketing.
Hands-on experience in IT project management and delivery of business solutions.
Education and Experience
3 years of previous working experience as a Business Analyst working with ERP.
Located in Malta
MQF Level 6 qualification in Computer Science, Business Analytics, or Business & IT.
