Our well-known client within the financial industry is looking to hire an ERP Systems Manager.
Reporting to the Head of the Department your main responsibilities include:
Maintain, improve, and build workflows, functions, and settings to the ERP systems.
Collaborate closely with strategic partners, technical teams, program management, and business users to develop and manage complex workflow rules, data checks, and triggers.
Establish and run the service desk for ERP solutions following ITIL best practices.
Handle daily administrative duties, resolve production issues, and undertake assigned tasks.
Lead by example to motivate a diverse team of technical experts.
Coordinate with Data Governance and Quality teams to maintain product quality and system integration, adhering strictly to data standards.
Identify and evaluate emerging ERP technologies and trends and implement innovative solutions.
Ensure thorough documentation of system architecture and workflows for future reference and optimization.
Requirements
Combined work experience of 6 years, which may include roles related to ERP systems, software development, combination of both or a similar position
Analytical thinking
Fluency in English both written and verbal
Candidate must be already based in Malta
Previous experience working on any ERP system
Education and Experience
Degree in Computer Science, Software Development or similar
