Our client is looking for a full-time Digital Consultant to connect business objectives with technical execution.
This role is responsible for translating strategic goals into clear, actionable plans for delivery teams while maintaining strong stakeholder relationships and ensuring high-quality outcomes.
Responsibilities:
Gather and define business requirements, translating them into structured technical documentation such as user stories, acceptance criteria, and workflows
Collaborate with clients and internal teams to ensure shared understanding and alignment on scope and priorities
Build and maintain trusted relationships with stakeholders, acting as a strategic advisor rather than a transactional service provider
Identify and proactively manage delivery risks, including technical dependencies, legacy systems, and resource constraints
Ensure deliverables meet agreed standards for performance, security, usability, and overall quality
Serve as the primary point of contact for project updates, maintaining transparency and managing stakeholder expectations
Support delivery teams by clarifying requirements, managing scope, and removing obstacles where possible
Use data and insights to inform prioritisation, decision-making, and process improvements
Requirements
Strong understanding of web technologies, APIs, and the software development lifecycle
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present technical concepts clearly to non-technical audiences
Located in Malta with local experience and knowledge of Maltese
Education and Experience
Minimum of 2+ years’ experience in a project coordination, product ownership, or similar role within a digital or software environment
Bachelor’s degree in Computing, Information Technology, or a related field
