What You’ll Do:
Gather, analyse, and translate business requirements into clear technical documentation, including user stories, acceptance criteria, and workflows
Collaborate with clients and cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on project scope, priorities, and deliverables
Build and nurture strong stakeholder relationships, acting as a trusted advisor rather than just a service provider
Identify potential delivery risks early, including technical dependencies, legacy systems, and resource challenges
Ensure all deliverables meet high standards for quality, performance, security, and usability
Act as the main point of contact for clients, providing regular updates and managing expectations with transparency
Support delivery teams by clarifying requirements, managing scope, and removing blockers
Use data-driven insights to improve decision-making, prioritisation, and processes
Requirements
Strong understanding of web technologies, and the software development lifecycle
Ability to present technical concepts clearly to non-technical audiences
Proven experience in building and maintaining strong client relationships.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Located in Malta with local experience and knowledge of Maltese
Education and Experience
2 years’ experience in a project coordination, product ownership, or similar role within a digital or software environment
Bachelor’s degree in Computing, IT, or a related field
