Business Analyst

Our client in the manufacturing industry is looking to bring in Business Analysts to join their growing team.

What you'll be doing:

• Lead the design and management of software solutions by gathering and analysing business and technical requirements.
• Facilitate stakeholder workshops and use various elicitation techniques to define solution needs.
• Produce and maintain analysis deliverables such as process flows, wireframes, and mock-ups in line with agile methodologies.
• Support pre-sales and bid efforts by preparing technical proposals, including high-level designs and implementation strategies.
• Provide technical consultancy, demos, and proof-of-concepts to potential clients and partners.
• Collaborate with Product Owners to manage and prioritise software product backlogs.
• Work with product marketing teams to define and refine identity solution roadmaps.
• Participate in system product development and enhancements aligned with the roadmap.

Requirements

• 3 years of experience in a Business Analyst role
• Ideally, 1 year of experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment
• Experience in system development lifecycle and system integration is highly preferred
• Knowledge and understanding of analysis techniques and associated deliverables
• Excellent written and spoke English
• Ability to create process flows, customer journeys and user cases
• An understanding of Azure, Jira and Microsoft Office is preferred.
• Must be legally eligible to work in European Union countries.
