Technical Support Specialist

  Central Malta  |  €30,000 - €37,000 Annually 

Our client is looking for a Technical Support Specialist to join their dynamic Support Team to provide innovative ideas and work within a supportive team atmosphere.  

Key responsibilities:  

  • Conduct thorough research to identify solutions for a variety of systems-related issues. 
  • Manage and resolve customer concerns within specified SLA parameters, handling multiple issues concurrently.  
  • Employ targeted questioning to understand the root cause of customer issues and provide timely solutions.  
  • Enhance operational efficiency by implementing, monitoring, and improving processes, procedures, and activities in client environments.  
  • Accurately document task timings and maintain comprehensive documentation for both internal and external projects and systems. 

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of experience within a systems oriented role
  • Knowledge of Microsoft 365, Cloud environments and Windows Servers
  • Understanding of Cisco Networking and Security
  • Exposure of Active Directory and Azure AD.
  • Proficient with VMware, Office 365 and TCP/IP concepts
  • Located in Malta and previous local experience

Education and Experience

  • Bachelor's in an IT related field would be considered an asset
