Our client, a prominent IT company, is looking to employ a Systems and Networks Engineer to onboard and grow their clients internal infrastructure and security.
As a systems & Networks engineer, you will work on the design, deployment and support when it comes to high profile infrastructure projects which include cloud technologies, security and networking.
Design and implement technology solutions for clients, leveraging strategic cloud and security managed services.
Proactively deliver preventive maintenance and service improvements for clients’ managed environments, including systems, networking, security, and cloud services.
Maintain open communication with clients, providing updates on incident progress and notifying them of upcoming changes as agreed.
Cultivate strong client relationships to ensure repeat business and satisfaction.
Collaborate with team members to maintain and update client documentation, as well as provide consulting services such as system reviews and recommendations.
Contribute to and support commercial activities in partnership with the commercial team.
Continuously explore opportunities to utilize technologies that improve efficiency, reliability, and security in IT practices.
Engage in research, development, and the implementation of new technological initiatives that align with strategic goals.
Requirements
2 years of IT related experience
Strong communication, both speaking and writing
Good technical diagnostic skills and attending to detail
Familiarity with Azure and M365 portals is a plus
A desire to learn, grow and succeed
Education and Experience
Bachelor degree in Computer Science or a related field
IT Certifications in Azure or Microsoft Security Administration would be a plus
