Systems and DevOps Engineer

We are looking for a skilled Systems and Devops Engineer with expertise in Azure, Office 365, and DevOps to join a dynamic Fintech team.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and automate Azure infrastructure (VMs, networking, storage, identity).
• Design and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps or GitHub Actions.
• Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform, ARM templates, or Bicep.
• Administer hybrid environments and Office 365 services (Exchange, Teams, Intune).
• Collaborate with development and security teams on deployment and automation workflows.
• Monitor and secure systems using Microsoft Defender, Sentinel, and Log Analytics.
• Ensure compliance with ISO 27001, GDPR, and financial regulatory standards.
• Perform patching, system updates, backups, and disaster recovery (DR) testing.
  

Requirements

• Strong hands-on expertise in Microsoft Azure, including IaaS, PaaS, networking, and identity management.
• Proven experience administering Office 365, including Exchange Online, Teams, and SharePoint.
• CI/CD and DevOps experience, including building and supporting pipelines (Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, etc.).
• Automation scripting using PowerShell, Bash, or similar tools.
• Experience with containerization (e.g., Docker, AKS) and observability tools (Azure Monitor, Prometheus, Grafana).
• Familiarity with compliance standards in regulated or financial environments (e.g., GDPR, ISO 27001)

Education and Experience

• Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or similar
• 4+ years' experience in systems engineering, cloud infrastructure, or DevOps roles
