Responsibilities:
- Administer and maintain IT infrastructure, including servers, networking, backups, and patching
- Manage Active Directory, GPOs, DHCP, and cloud-integrated services
- Proactively monitor systems to ensure uptime, performance, and security
- Participate in infrastructure upgrades, projects, and rollout planning
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external experts on IT initiatives
- Ensure the stability and security of core servers, networks, and IT foundations
- Contribute to maintaining a high-availability infrastructure used daily by thousands
- Play a key role in delivering IT projects across diverse business verticals
- Support operational excellence and continuous innovation in IT systems
Requirements
- Strong expertise in Windows Server, networking, and virtualization
- Knowledge of Linux-based systems is considered an advantage
- Experience with Office 365 environments and Azure infrastructure management
Education and Experience
- At least 4 years of hands-on experience in systems or infrastructure administration
- Relevant IT certifications (e.g., Microsoft, CompTIA, Cisco) are a plus
- You need to be located in Malta and own a license and a car.
