A leading financial services firm specializing in foreign exchange and international payments, is seeking a bright and proactive individual to join its dynamic IT Support team—offering a fast-paced, collaborative environment that is both challenging and highly rewarding.

Responsibilities:

  • Prioritize, and categorize issues using the support desk ticketing system
  • Take full ownership of support incidents, escalating to 2nd or 3rd line support when necessary
  • Ensure all equipment and access for new starters are prepared and set up before their start date
  • Perform daily maintenance checks on office hardware
  • Manage users within Azure AD, Office 365, VPN, telephone systems, and other SaaS platforms.

Requirements

  • Experience or familiarity with Microsoft technologies, including the Office 365 suite, Intune, and Azure Active Directory
  • Comfortable working with both Windows 10 and macOS operating systems
  • Proactive mindset, always seeking opportunities to improve processes and outcomes
