The IT Support Coordinator is responsible for the smooth daily operation of technology systems, acting as the main on-site contact for all IT matters. The role supports both guest-facing and internal systems, provides first-line assistance, and coordinates technical activities across departments.
Responsibilities
Act as the primary IT contact on-site.
Ensure reliable operation of core systems.
Manage and resolve technical requests promptly.
Support system updates with minimal disruption.
Maintain Wi-Fi and network performance across the property.
Manage user access and uphold cybersecurity standards.
Support guest-facing systems (Wi-Fi, smart TVs, digital services)
Provide daily IT support across departments.
Assist with onboarding and system training.
Requirements
Knowledge of networking and Microsoft 365/Windows.
Strong communication, organisation, and problem-solving skills.
