Job Description:
Oversee daily IT operations to ensure systems run smoothly, securely, and efficiently.
Provide hands-on assistance for hardware, software, networking, and cloud-based services.
Manage and maintain Microsoft environments including Windows Server, Active Directory, Exchange, Azure, as well as VMware and backup solutions.
Support the implementation of cybersecurity measures and help maintain compliance with security standards.
Assist in developing IT policies and enhancing operational best practices.
Requirements
3–5 years in IT infrastructure support
Solid expertise in Microsoft operating systems, services and products including Active Directory, Azure AD, Domain controllers, Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Exchange
Experience with VMware environments and backup technologies
Prioritize the implementation and maintenance of effective cybersecurity practices.
