They are currently seeking on the lookout for a motivated individual to join them as an IT Operations Engineer. This role involves managing and securing our Managed Clients' internal infrastructure and security.
Your Responsibilities:
- Set up, manage, and handle daily tasks on customers’ cloud and security setups.
- Collaborate closely with clients to deliver and improve IT managed services.
- Guide customers on all aspects of systems and network security across tasks.
- Proactively perform maintenance and enhance services for managed environments, covering systems, networking, security, and cloud.
- Manage remote monitoring and management systems, including responding to alerts and conducting regular system reviews.
- Maintain open communication with customers, keeping them informed on incident progress and upcoming changes.
Requirements
- Professional written and spoken English.
- Ability to obtain an EU Security Clearance.
- Living and working within the EU for the last 5 years.
- Strong technical diagnostic skills.
Education and Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or any related IT field.
- Azure Administration or Microsoft Security Administration certifications are considered as an asset.
- 1-2 years of experience in an IT related field.
