Our client, operating in Pharma, is looking for an experienced IT Manager to join their team:
Objectives
Oversee the procurement, installation, qualification, and maintenance of IT and computerized systems in compliance with EudraLex Volume 4 Annex 11 (Computerised Systems) and Annex 15 (Qualification and Validation).
Maintain reliable and secure IT networks and connectivity that support regulated operations and data integrity.
Ensure IT systems meet internal operational needs and external compliance standards.
Responsibilities
Develop and maintain IT policies, processes, and work instructions aligned with regulatory and operational requirements.
Ensure thorough documentation and recordkeeping for all IT activities.
Operate the IT department in compliance with Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) standards, including computerized systems validation.
Implement and manage risk assessments, risk treatments, and internal audit programs for IT systems.
Provide training and awareness programs on IT systems and information security to all employees.
Lead and motivate the IT team, ensuring professional development and team performance.
Manage and implement information security controls across all IT-supported processes.
Oversee the development, maintenance, and testing of the business continuity plan for IT systems.
Design and review technical security controls, especially for computer networks.
Support internal reviews, audits, and risk assessments related to IT.
Collaborate with Quality and Supply Chain teams to ensure IT systems meet compliance needs across quality systems, laboratory operations, and regulatory frameworks.
Provide day-to-day IT support across the organization.
Serve as a key member of the Computer System Incident Response Team (CSIRT) and the Information Security Management System (ISMS) Committee.
