They are looking for an individual who is a strong leader to join their team as the Infrastructure Team Leader. This role focuses on managing the onboarding and growth of their managed clients' internal infrastructure and security.
- Lead technology projects focusing on cloud, security, and networks for customers.
- Proactively maintain and improve managed environments, covering systems, networking, security, and cloud.
- Define project requirements and create schedules to achieve company goals.
- Ensure effective communication with team, management, and clients to meet project standards.
- Foster strong customer relationships for satisfaction and repeat business.
- Update customer documentation and provide consulting, including system reviews.
- Conduct performance reviews to enhance team skills and service quality.
- Assist in commercial activities and collaborate with the commercial team.
- Improve efficiency, reliability, and security through technological advancements.
- Participate in developing new technology initiatives aligned with strategic objectives.

Education and Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in computer science or any related subject.
- Azure Administration and/or Microsoft Security Administration certifications will be considered an asset.
