Our client is seeking a Student Systems & Operations Executive, an organised, people-focused professional for a blended role split equally between managing the College’s Moodle platform and supporting day-to-day student operations. This is a non-technical position focused on system administration and providing high-quality student support.
The Main Responsibilities include:
Moodle Administration: Act as the accountable platform owner, managing user accounts, enrolments, and access permissions.
System Maintenance: Coordinate scheduled updates and backups with hosting providers while monitoring performance.
Content Management: Audit course spaces for quality, ensuring materials and assignments are uploaded correctly and consistently.
Training & Support: Deliver staff onboarding, create user-friendly guides, and act as the first point of contact for platform queries.
Student Operations: Serve as a primary contact for queries regarding registration, timetabling, attendance, and assessments.
Communication: Draft professional updates for students regarding deadlines, system changes, and College news.
Working Hours:
Monday - Saturday (Saturdays on a roster basis)
9:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
Office based; when a Saturday is worked, a day off during the week is taken.

Education and Experience
2 years’ experience in an administrative, student services, or operations role.
