A leading supplier in Malta of electrical and light fittings is looking to recruit an Estimation & Tender Executive who will be leading tender submissions for major projects.
Responsibilities:
Review tender documents and summarize critical information
Prepare all documentation including method statements and other submissions
Compile and prepare tender queries and response to tender queries
Coordinate with tender team/consultants/various government agencies/authorities to obtain necessary information to facilitate for tender submission
Prepare and carry out tender presentation
Monitor market for upcoming tenders and to obtain information
Organize meetings with prospective suppliers and obtain quotations for tendering
Requirements
Minimum of 1 years experience in a technical or tendering role within the electrical, lighting, or related engineering industry.
Demonstrated strong business-minded approach with experience in analyzing profitability, margins, and competitive sales strategies.
Proven experience in preparing and presenting competitive tenders. Exceptional analytical skills and high proficiency in relevant software (e.g., MS Excel).
Education and Experience
Degree or technical diploma in Electrical Engineering or a relevant technical field.
