Bid Manager

  South of Malta

Within this job of a Bid Manager you would be responsible for leading the preparation and submission of tenders and qualification of documents while collaborating within cross functional teams within and International company environment. 

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the end-to-end bid management process, from initial opportunity assessment to final submission.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather information and develop compelling proposals.
  • Collect and analyse pricing information with market trends vs pricing sheets reflecting the tender.
  • Manage bid timelines and ensure all stakeholders are aligned and informed throughout the process and handover process.

Requirements:

  • Degree level of Education in Business Administration or similar preferred
  • Professional level of English paired with fluency in French or Spanish is a must
  • Proven experience in bid management or a similar role, preferably within the bank notes industry.
  • Strong project management skills within an international setting is seen as advantageous
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail.
  • Ability to work collaboratively and build relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in using bid management software and tools.
