Warehouse Supervisor

Our client within the pharmaceutical industry is seeking an experienced Warehouse Supervisor to oversee daily operations in a GMP/GDP regulated environment, ensuring compliance, operational efficiency, accurate inventory control, and effective team leadership.

Key responsibilities:

• Ensure compliance with GMP, GDP, and GxP standards

• Supervise and allocate tasks to warehouse staff

• Act as a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders

• Maintain warehouse organisation, cleanliness, and safety standards

• Manage shift planning and ensure operational continuity

• Provide training and support to team members

• Oversee SAP WM transactions and reporting

• Lead stock control, inventory accuracy, and reconciliations

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years’ of local experience in a supervisory role within a GMP environment.
• Must have an excellent level of written and verbal English.
• Strong knowledge of GMP, GDP, and GxP standards.
• Good leadership, organisational, and communication skills.
• Experience with warehouse systems (SAP WM preferred).
• Candidate must already be based in Malta, with the legal right to work in Malta.
